Andrea Chiozzotto, Engineer, founded his company in 1995 at Marghera, a municipality which faces Venice across the lagoon, after having gained valuable experience in the field of major risk analysis in the chemical industry.
Over the years, the company′s expertise and experience have increased hand in hand, and we take pride in our ability to carry out the design and planning of both mechanical and electrical systems, and deal with fire prevention and industrial safety matters, implementing all of the latest energy related issues.
To date, we have undertaken various work projects with several private clients and leading companies that include GSE, Terna, Officine Aeronavali, Leonardo, Engie, the highly specialized Rehabilitation Hospital of Motta di Livenza, north east of Venice, and the San Marco Polyclinic at Mestre.
Over the years, the company′s expertise and experience have increased hand in hand, and we take pride in our ability to carry out the design and planning of both mechanical and electrical systems, and deal with fire prevention and industrial safety matters, implementing all of the latest energy related issues.

Training and Skills
Since the company was first set up, we have continued to explore our innovative and highly specialized vocation in the area of safety engineering, in light of the introduction of the Legislative Decree n. 626/94 and the building-site Safety Directive, thereby introducing and expanding the concepts of risk and residual risk analysis, also to lesser specialised companies.
In the years that followed, we began to operate in the industrial and tertiary sectors, specialising in the regulatory compliance of plant systems and in their design with the aim of reducing residual risk. In 1998, Andrea Chiozzotto qualified as a fire-prevention expert and expanded the company′s activities in the field of fire engineering.
Increasingly involved in systems planning, Andrea began to specialise in the energy saving field in 2005, becoming a Casa Clima expert. In 2007, with the introduction of the first tax deductions aimed at energy saving work projects, the company widened its scope of services by implementing tax engineering, developing projects and ways that would maximise the use of tax bonuses.

Registered as a fire-prevention expert pursuant to law 818/94 since 1998.

In charge of the administrative, secretarial and tax deductions section. Over 12 years of business tax experience gained in authorised tax assistance centres (CAF) makes for the perfect interface between the technical aspect and the purely fiscal one in the compilation of the paperwork for tax deductions and the management of the relative websites.
